The needs of North Carolina nonprofit corporations are particular and require unique knowledge of nonprofit governance and IRS policies, in addition to generalized corporate knowledge. In addition to representing nonprofits, our attorneys are personally involved with the structure and operations of nonprofits, serving in leadership roles on numerous nonprofit boards throughout their legal careers.
